Fitness: Are We Truly Honest With Ourselves

Hey Guys

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday.  With the beginning of every new year, most resolutions is to get into a healthier way of eating or a healthy lifestyle.

Back in November I had written a post called Circuit Training: Why Wait Until The New Year, which described what circuit training is and the type of exercises that makes up a circuit. In that post I also made a point that we shouldn't wait until a new year to start a healthy lifestyle.

With that being said, since bikini season is approaching stead fast!  Most of you will most likely be tempted to engage in a crash diets a couple weeks before summer hits, which can do more harm than good.

Now, one major factor of living healthier is being honest with yourself! So for me I'm not where I would like to be, when it comes to what I considered FIT to be . I do workout  a couple times during the week (circuit training/other exercises), but if I'm being honest with myself...I can definitely  could do a lot more to see the results that I would like (in a sense...I'm just maintaining the weight I'm currently am).

My question to you....Are you being honest with yourself? Are you doing everything possible and being dedicated to being in the best shape that you can be?

What do you think? Should we repeatedly ask ourselves these questions during our fitness journey? Or should we not be so hard on ourselves?
