Introduce yourself!
My name is Danielle and I'm the blogger behind indie.electronic.alternative. fashion/music blog.  I also model part time and work a full time job in sales.  Fashion and music have always been a passion of mine, so my blog serves as a place for me to celebrate that and funnel all my creative energy.

How would you describe your sense of style?
A little bit hippie, a little bit rock and roll, occasionally classic and generally casual.  I'm a style chameleon depending on my mood.

Where do you get your inspiration for each look?
I'm usually inspired by a single piece in my closet.  I'll find something that fits the occasion and style my entire outfit around it.

What’s your ‘Go-To’ outfit for when you need to get ready in a hurry?
Skinny jeans, ankle boots, a relaxed t shirt and a statement bag.  I usually keep the accessories to a minimum- a pair of stud earrings and a few rings usually do the trick.

What are the three favorite things in your closet?
My Alexander Wang Rockie Bucket Bag, AG Adriano Goldschmied grey skinny jeans, and my LNA crew neck t shirt.  I probably have the same shirt in about 5 different colors!

What are some of your favorite shops or websites for clothes, shoes and accessories?
I eat, sleep and breath Shopbop.com.  It has everything I need by designers I love, and their sales are killer!  I also like to look for deals online at The Outnet and Free People.  I get a lot of my jewelry and basics at Urban Outfitters.  And I'm addicted to flash sale websites like Gilt.com and Hautelook.com.

What fashion or styling tips would you give to someone who wants to improve their sense of style?
Think about what type of personality you have and begin to build your style around it.  Don't try to be something you aren't.  Wear what makes you feel comfortable and don't feel the need to conform to what's "cool" now.  You can add a few diverse pieces to mix up your look while being current.  I.e. if you're preppy with an all American look, don't try to dress like a hipster if you aren't comfortable doing it.  Maybe add a cute pair of fringed boots to your classic look or throw on a glamourous statement necklace.  Stay true to yourself but try to update your style with accessories and subtle changes.  And regardless of your sense of style, you can never go wrong with having a stretchy pair of black skinny jeans, a leather (or faux) motorcycle jacket, a matte red lip, and a classically shaped statement bag.

Is there a blog/webpage or Youtube channel where we can find you?
I'm @indelectalt on Twitter and Instagram!  And you can find my style and music posts on indieelectronicalternative.com
