Fashion & Style: Marijana
Introduce yourself!
Hi everyone, I`m Marijana, 24 years old university student of Faculty of Economics from Serbia, Polyvore addicted member known as Kenguri and
blogger on Kenguristyle.com.
How would you describe your sense of style?
My sense of style tends to be very feminine and romantic. I love
soft colors, flowers, prints or any kind of prints actually, so you can say
that I'm a big lover of the boho culture too. Recently, I'm finding myself
mostly in minimalism, so it depends I guess.
Where do you get your inspiration for each
look?
I always tend to have one base item that I find interesting at
that moment and to build outfit around that one, using inspiration from the
Pinterest and Instagram. I love to see how other people combine items, and then
to combine them in a different way, because it is more interesting in that way. .
What’s your ‘Go-To’ outfit for when you need
to get ready in a hurry?
I'm always getting ready in a hurry, otherwise I would never leave
the house :) I always prefer skinny jeans, striped shirt with simple sandals or
Vans sneakers.
What are the three favorite things in your
closet?
My favorite items from closet are mostly in closet all the time,
because they are so loved. Those would be, Mulberry Alexa tote, Fuchsia Lilo stilettos and River Island striped T-shirt.
If you had the option of replacing all items
in your closet with items from a particular designer. Who would that be?
Hmmm….That's a tricky thing, I don't like the entire opus of any
particular designer. They all have different influences in each season, but if
I would have to choose a few of them I would pick Anya Hindmarch for bags,
Charlotte Olympia for shoes and Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney for clothing.
What are some of your favorite shops or
websites for clothes, shoes and accessories?
I love to check a lot of sites but in only one I'm actually shopping and
it's www.officeshoes.com . I also like Zara of course as long with River Island, Forever 21,
H&M and others.
What fashion or styling tips would you give
to someone who wants to improve their sense of style?
Less is more, always have that in mind.
Is there a blog/webpage or Youtube channel
where we can find you?
I have my blog and it's www.kenguristyle.com also you can find me
on Polyvore http://kenguri.polyvore.com/
Have a great day!
